Use and disclosure of personal data and earmarking for specific purposes
The collection, processing and use of personal data is necessary for processing, delivery and billing purposes and is based on Art. 6(1)b of the DSGVO. Your data will be collected and processed by Bohnenstingl GmbH, Ernst-Ackermann-Str. 20/1, 74366 Kirchheim, Germany. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to uninvolved third parties, sold or used for commercial purposes.
Under certain circumstances we may use your personal data in accordance with our “contractual obligations”, for example to send a product and/or service you have ordered directly to your address or to the address of your choice or to provide it there. For this purpose, your delivery address data, e-mail address (e.g. for the automated dispatch of tracking numbers) and telephone number (in order to contact you to accept the parcel) will be forwarded to trustworthy forwarding companies. The data protection agreements of these shipping companies (in our case DHL, UPS or GLS) have been thoroughly checked by us. The responsible and non-commercial handling of your data is guaranteed.
We may therefore share your personal information with selected third parties. This includes (a) suppliers and sub-contractors to fulfill any contracts we enter into with you; (b) analytics and search engine providers (see Google Analytics and Cookies) to help us improve and optimize our Web site; and (c) credit bureaus to evaluate your creditworthiness.
We may use your personal data to send you newsletters via e-mail. An unsolicited e-mail to you can be cancelled immediately. Please send us an e-mail with the subject “Newsletter STOP” to email@example.com
Finally, we may use your personal data in accordance with our “legal obligations” to comply with applicable laws.

- Use of Google Analytics
In order to design and optimise this website in line with requirements, anonymised data is collected and stored using solutions and technologies from Google LLC, and user profiles are derived from this data using pseudonyms. Cookies can be used for this purpose to enable the recognition of an Internet browser.
However, user profiles are not merged with data on the bearer of the pseudonym without the express consent of the visitor.
In particular, IP addresses are partially obscured immediately after receipt, so that it is not possible to assign user profiles to IP addresses.
The collection and storage of data may be revoked at any time with effect for the future. If you would like Google Analytics to be completely deactivated when you visit our website, please use an appropriate browser add-on (for example: Google Analytics Opt-out).
Most browsers have an option with which the storage of cookies can be restricted or completely prevented. However, we would like to point out that the use and in particular the comfort of use can be restricted without cookies.
