The protection of your personal data is very important to us at Bohnenstingl GmbH. On this page, you will find information about the handling of your personal data that may arise when you use our website.
Use and disclosure of personal data and earmarking
The collection, processing and use of personal data is required for settlement, delivery and billing purposes and is based on article 6(1)b of the DSGVO. Your data will be collected and processed by Bohnenstingl GmbH, Ernst-Ackermann-Str. 20/1, 74366 Kirchheim. Your data will in no case be passed on to uninvolved third parties, sold or used for commercial purposes.
We may use your personal information in accordance with our “contractual obligations”. For example, to send or deliver a product and / or service you have ordered directly to your address or the address of your choice. In order to design and optimize this website, solutions and technologies of Google LLC are used to collect and store anonymised data as well as usage profiles using pseudonyms. For this purpose, cookies can be used to enable the recognition of an Internet browser.

How long do we store your personal information?
We keep logs of emails. For example, as proof of our contact and how to deal with complaints.
We will store limited personal information about you (including records of transactions) for a period of up to 10 years, for accounting, archiving and administration purposes.
If we find it necessary to keep our records for a longer period of time, for example if the data is relevant to litigation, then we will retain the data as long as necessary.
